we were expected to not make the playoffs and hell we did better than anyone thought we would...

Edmonton didn't help themselves taking all those penalties. 3 ppg's by the 'Canes really hurt them.

they just wern't in it. undisciplined play leads to stupid penalties, and you could tell at the end some players just didn't care with the rediculious penalties they were taking. seemed like they were getting a little too fancy also. there had some nice passes and nice chances but there were times where they couldn't even get a shot off or turned the puck over.

Probably the worst I've ever seen the Oilers play. That was bottom-of-the-barrel, bush-league hockey.

I turned it off after Weight's goal. There's only so much of that shit I can take. Props to Carolina for being so dominant in every aspect of the game. They deserved to win.

Hopefully the Oils can smarten the fuck up and win a couple at home. I don't hold much hope at this point, though.
