Haha, I woulda done exactly the same thing, that AOL representative should be given such a slappin', I was with them on 56k for a couple of years and it was nothing but hell most of the time, guess they'll never change

i just called them up everytime i'd run out of minutes and tell them that i wanted to cancel and they'd just offer me another month of service free of charge lol... i did that about say.... 5 times before i went through what this guy just went through
