i usually never have them but on occasion i have one of these fukers right in the base of my neck that feel like someone is sticking a knife into the base of my skull over and over again.

Mr.Buttocks is correct, I get those base of teh skull headaches but only after an extended stint on my pc.

I get those when im beatin' it to hard and i tense up too much, needless to say
they hurt like fuck and they even make me throw up sometimes.

Shortness of breath and chest aches caused by anxiety. Oh, and being ridiculously aware of your heartbeat as well...

Headaches aren't shit compared to the daily bs I have to put up with.

im so tired and sore. i think im going to call in sick on my first job and rest until 5pm to get to my second job.

My mate started to get those symptoms regularly - He ended up quitting smoking weed because of it.... I get it every now and then when I'm stoned, but I just have another cone and it tends to fade out.
