Favorite Sandwich?
I pick either a Rueben or a good ol amercian Club.
yes we need more "favorite" threads. |
I love all kinds of sandwichs. rock:
BLT, Reuben, Tri-tip, Cold Cut Trio (club?), and so on. |
*sandwich
i like all kinds of sandwiches. i make a lot of them to take to work. i hate those microwaveable meal things, their so bad for you and thats what everyone around here eats, i'd rather make myself a nice sandwich every day. |

Italian hero at Furuci's Italian store. Made with real mozzarella, prosciutto, roasted peppers, and a few other items all on a brick oven loaf of bread.
It's something you'd kill for. |
My homemade turkey or chicken salad sandwich ranks right up there.
I love a good club sandwich, too. |
rueben for me too.
|
A nice veal sandwich from san antonio's, with lots of sauce, mozzarella, and mushrooms
but i love most types of sandwiches. |
Georgia Reuben rock:
|
Maize and Blue Deli Grandma's Reuben Slices of chicken with coleslaw, colby jack cheese and russian dressing on a toasted pumpernickle sourdough bread.
rock: rock: Just had one today, we got it for lunch |
Finally, a subject to my expertise!
I'd have to say my favorite sub is a classic Turkey n Cheese, with tomatoes and lettuce from Publix. Sometimes I make nice with the deli lady and she gives me the Boars Head golden turkey, at Publix price! Another good sub, but I can't eat it anymore, is a Publix chicken strips sub. Fried chicken strips, cut up, along with lettuce, tomatoe and cheese. VERY good. |
i just like turkey, ham, and american cheese on any kind of bread with mustard.

A Manny's Big Boy... it's just a burger with coleslaw, really.
BLT's are alright. And corned beef sandwhiches are good. Sandwiches suck, in all honesty. I'm sick of eating them for the past 15 years. |
I could go on about burgers a whole lot but as for sandwiches in bread go I'd have to say a polish sausage and sweet chili sauce with chunky fresh salad in a granary bun always hits the spot...
......but i love food so much I'm sure theres plenty better ones out there, i best get investigatin' |
A mouthwatering DAGWOOD.

BLT or a fried chicken sandwich, plain, with lots of mayo. I heart mayo.
|
Nyck when you are at the buccos game you need to grab a Primanti's sammich. Pastrami and capicolla are probably my favorite ones.
|
An Italian Sausage Grinder from Mario's in Westport, or maybe a hot pastrami with provalone from The Bronx on 39th.
