body building supplements
 
ive been hacking these for about the past 2 weeks:

i think it might be making me crazy. i dunno , ive been feeling kind of weird and its not so easy to explain. euphoric maybe? light headed, getting/staying SUPER tired at times...

anyone ever had and adverse reactions to things like this?

If it is making you light headed, and really tired, i would stop taking it, and see a doctor before starting again.

I agree, go see your doc judas, or if your cheap just go to your pharmacist. Either way, just be careful when using those supplements.

sounds like your not drinking enough water. when you are taking supplements you need to be drinking a whole lot of water or your gonna be dehydrated. light headedness and being super are tired are classic signs of being dehyrated. I take Protien and Creatine and before i work out i take some no xplode and have to drink alot of water to keep myself hydrated. plus you should be drinking a whole lot of water anyways if your trying to lose weight, it speeds up your metabolism.

Yes I know that for sure. Whey doesnt taste "good" at all. I've used three different flavors- chocolate, vanilla, and banana. Banana is the best IMO, but not good on its own. I use two scoops blended with peanut butter and milk every day after my workout. I also take creatine every morning. I didnt work out at all at school for 6 months, started this current routine 2 weeks ago and already have noticable gains. My girlfriend thinks I'm taking steroids... eek:

Of course she thinks youre on roids, it makes your muscle mass increase greatly in such a short amout of time. You should explain to her what is going on so she doesnt withhold sex from you. No acne no roids. biggrin:

all of the gnc brand whey's taste good and mix very well. the gnc mega whey i think is the best gnc brand whey protien they sell. i've been taking muslce milk by cytosport recently and its been working really well...and if your afraid of the taste of a protien then muscle milk is what you should take because it tastes like real milk shakes only problem is you have to pay the designer protien price which it costs 25 bucks for a 2.5 lbs bottle that if u take twice a day u will go through in a little over 2 weeks which is kinda a rip.

Both whey protein and creatine are very natural. Some people who want to build using "ultra natural" stuff wont take creatine, but most do, your body makes it naturally.

Fact is, taking creatine according to directions is fine for your body, it does not know the difference... taking those synthetic crap filled pills is way different.

I take XPAND and Whey Protein. Never tried creatine but I'd like to just to see how it works.

XPAND is by fr the best supplement I've ever tried. After 2 weeks of taking it I was able to lift 20-30 lbs more on each lift. It works that well. Plus it makes your arms rock hard, and that alone gets you excited about working out.

Overall though it's a good diet and proper workout routine that will give you the best results. There's really no easy way to gaining strength. I've gone from 170 on my bench to 330 in a little over one year on the routine I use. Most of it relies on diet, and if you can't follow it to a T, you won't get the results you want.
