Off topic i know but was the tv version of desperation on and if so was it any good?

I read the book and thought wow that would be a cool movie so.....

On topic I'm reading a Dr Who book and it's quite good.

i had to read "The Crucible" for summer reading, pretty good story, but i dont really enjoy plays, but that's just me.
