Going to Infinity Ward Community Day to preview CoD4, working, work on CoD2 expansion pack, fine tuning my Maya skills, more working.... then back to school in September.

10 weeks of class.
6 weeks of winter break.
10 weeks of class.
1 week of spring break.
10 weeks of class.

Back to where I am right now.

I took the studying part serious, but we had a lot of fun. I did my best drinkin' in high school.

I find it kind of difficult to deal with highschool, considering that all the things that I've learned this year have no practical use whatsoever. oOo:

I've pretty much finished my year now, just handing work in tomorrow. I feel pretty damn GREAT happy:

I've never EVER had to use Calculus or any of that advanced math bullshit I took.

You just slog it out and accept the fact that high school is just one hurdle to clear before getting shitfaced in college. biggrin:

all of highschool for me was just teaching yourself how to learn. It's bullshit that you don't use it in your life. But it's just exercises for you to use your mind rather than knowing the material.

Yup...Preping you to use your brain. If you never wrote an essay at high school, try leaping into it for the first time at tertiary-level - you're fucked.

I've always wished that teachers and school administrators would make this more clear in the first year in high school - I didnt figure it out until later on, I spent the first few years telling myself I didnt need any of this shit because I didnt wanna be a scientist, a mathmatician or a History tutor, and I felt like I was wasting my time.

school was out in april homie.

high school taught me more than uni though...i wish uni taught like high school did

I saw a great graduation card the other day that explained the difference between school and life
