new antivirus/firewall time

ok so with me about to format my pc and im looking for a decent firewall program that includes anti virus simple as, and does not clug up so many resources. any recommendations? what are you guys using? |

yeah avg is good. can get it for free. i use avg internet security 7.5 or whatever. Can get a 2 year subscription for 3 licenses for $100. That's what I will be doing when I get my third comp running.

is the firewall in windows xp ok? i mean id rather just run that and then a stand alone antivirus program. plus i have the hardware firewall in my router so i should be ok. or is the xp firewall worthless?

I use norton av and firewall, yeh i r teh noob.

AVG Free antivirus and mcafee personal firewall here.
No problems at all and no clogging. |
