everday meals/snacks
 
i usually eat wendy's crispy chicken sandwich w/bacon, fries and drink. I know its's not good for me but when you're only working with a few dollars, that shit is very convenient. Whenever i can i'll cook an 6-8 oz chicken breast and have a bag of rice to go with it or just eat 2 cans of tuna. I usually try and also drink about 1 protein shake a day combined with 1liter of water atleast.

what is your usual for a typical week?

i eat breakfast at a burger/mexican joint every morning with some other techs before we go on our assignments. im trying to cut back though cause it costs $8 a pop and eating a club sandwich or burger with fries every day isnt healthy. I got myself into shape back in July to do a marathon and I can already tell i put on a few pounds since then.

I make myself a ham and salami sandwich every day with a variety of terrible snacks you would send your middle school child to lunch with. I eat apples and yogurt a good amount of the time as well.

I don't eat one item every day, but I do go to Quiznos a lot and get a club on my lunch break from work. I get an hour but I really don't like going back home, cooking something, and then going back.

I used to. But now I'm off campus and it costs extra to buy a meal plan. So I pack a lunch every day since I'm gone from basically 8am to 8pm.

I'm limiting myself to 1900 cal a day and watching my fat intake, trying to keep all fats to the good kinds (olive oil, omega-3, etc).

Lotsa of whole grains, fresh meats/fish and salads. I'm not going apeshit with it, but I'm just conscious of it. Case in point, someone brought in a box of DQ Dilly Bars yesterday and I resisted their demon temptations.

I've dropped 6 lbs this week so far.

I'm pretty broke at the moment so i've been just eating the staple college foods. Hot dogs, ramen, etc. However, I invented something called Ghetto Spaghetti. Basically its the noodles from ramen, spag sauce, and cut up hot dogs for meatballs. Quite delish!

just had pork chops and brocoli cheddar rice with carrots and and apple tonight, usually will make something like that with the girlfriend every night, in the daytime its lunch meat sandwiches, cereal, or potatoes. i try not to snack too much

Usually ramen once a day.
Oh and Miller, I used to say I couldn't gain an ounce and it was true I couldn't. Then this summer I put on ~15 pounds.

-Siloutte Yogurt
-2 apples
-2 peaches or pears or plums
-4l of water.

THEN i ruin it by going to crabby joes every other night and eating a plate of loaded cheese fries.....
