yeah i dont think it really has anything to do with that either, its pretty easy to make it switch directions in your head if you focus on the planted foot and think of it as expanding to the left and right instead of rotating.

if you focus on the shadow of the bottom foot, it can be easily rotated to the other direction.

OK so I was wrong. Watching the image long enough, I could get the foot to spin the opposite direction to the top half! :eek:

spun in opposite direction but i think its timed though. it switches from clockwise to counter on a timed delay or some shit. Lol @ brain broke comment

I got it to switch. I think I cheated though as I clicked the image and it stopped. Then I just pictured it going the "wrong" way a few times, let go of the mouse button and ta da it worked.

Me too - I gave it a 2nd chance and starred at, tried what other people suggest, got frustrated, nearly gave up, started spinning my hand anti-clockwise in front of my eyes and that worked, as I looked back at the screen and the bitch was spinning the other way.
