Just got back from it. Pretty good movie, kept me interested and there were a lot of jump out of ur seat moments. It had the I-Robot kind of feel with the CGI zombies and Will Smith of course. Coleman, you actually guess pretty well, it was kind of like Castaway meets 28 Days Later. There wasnt a whole lot of dialogue or music, and most of the sound comes when the zombies come out. Good movie all around, entertaining and some good suspense moments. 7.5/10.

Wasn't a bad flick. It definately had the "28 Days Later" feel to it. I'm a pretty hard critic when it comes to movies. While it wasn't bad, it could have been better.

And no, you don't have to see this in theaters.....waiting for it to come out on DVD is fine. (Now, Pearl Harbor was a movie that had to be seen on the big screen)

Well I guess I'll have to go out of the ordinary and be the first one to call this movie total bullshit.

The CG was horrible, and what the fuck was with that ending? Totally retarded some brazillian chick comes out of nowhere obviously carrying a kid and saves him from committing suicide by running down a bunch of zombies at night with a tricked out SUV. This was after an hour and a half of just will smith with flashbacks to him with his family.

And then he dies at the end?!! Totally fucking retarded how he dies. He could have thrown the grenade though the glass and ran through the escape hatch, or got in the escape hatch and waited for them to break through and then threw it.

His legend was the syrum that he finally divises after thousands of test samples the very last one that he injects right before the zombies break through is the cure, then he took the blood and gave it to the brazillian chick. So fucking retarded.

This wasn't a spoiler, it was a warning to not waste 10 bucks.

It was a bit of a spoiler, but I was waiting for this movie for a while, and I was very disappointed.

The zombie things were next to immortal so he's not mowing them down all movie, he's just looking for a cure and going to a bridge at noon every day when it's totally safe.

Well way to assume that everyone else who HASNT SEEN IT YET will be just as disappointed as your ass was!!

Well to contest, you wrinkled butthole brown noser, I went into this movie without knowing anything of it's prior existence beyond the tv ad. And when they say it's a city's population that's infected with vampire disease, I'd expect not the same demon looking dude over and over again on all the infected people. I can get it now that "that's what the infection does to them" still looked like fake CG that threw off a movie that was trying to be portrayed as a fictionally sincere film and that was supposed to be honoring the legend of this last man on earth(when there were thousands of other immune people for some dumbass reason). I expected lots of Will Smith ass kicking, and he just hides like a bitch and stumbles on a vaccine at the last second and kills himself like a retard. Then they cut out the entire part of the movie of them making it to the camp at night with the vaccine of blood on them. Pretty fuckin stupid.

Read the book, its a classic. You fucking idiot.

Also saw I am Legend tonight.. Thought it was a good movie, I usually don't like watching things out of a horror movie (dead/infected people), but I guess they fit in well with the plot as it wasn't really a horror movie.

Anyone who saw the Omega Man on TV with good old Chuck Heston knows how the movie ends!!

I doubt it. The ending was a solid ending and it did as other say, make sense how they ended it. They could do a sequel but I see no way to actually make it a decent movie if they do.

the movie was a bogus POS but I was the first one to say it so obviously nobody will totally agree. It was fuckin stupid though, and no way there's a sequal, they ended the movie by finally explaining what his legend was in about 2 sentences worth of narrative. A whole movie, built upon 2 sentences of foreshadowed, dull paraphrasing of what just happened literally 1 scene before hand. GEE THANKS FRO SPOONFEEDING THE LEGEND OF WILL SMIFF TO US YOU RANDOM BRAZILLIAN.
