Me too. It annoys me when people consider the regular army, or all Germans to be Nazis. The regular army soldiers are just the guys out to fight for their country, like the soldiers on our side, the SS are the real Nazis. And your just dumb if you think everyone in Germany is a Nazi.

Don't worry kids, I don't hate Germans. I just wanted to be more... "colorful" in my post. And Hans, you're right, that pisses me off too. AND not even all SS units were hardcore nazies (they don't deserve to be capitalized), by the end of the war they were just an elite unit made up of a number of nationalities. The Waffen SS is what I'm talking about, they HATED being confused with regular SS, the cock gobblers who ran the deathcamps. BUT... my question still stands, do they disappear?

Blah, you guys are being silly. I don't understand why you guys always defend the normal Wehrmacht as not being Nazis and making them seem like some type of angels. The case is that most of them still supported the Nazi party and the Nazi ideas. The believed that the Slavs, Jews and others were subhuman and some of them frobably believed that the aryan race was the most superior. Face the reality guys.

At the absolute worst 2015, just make the bodies vanish when you turn away and lose site of them. please no dissolving.

from what I've seen of the video, the guy stayed there after being shot.

My guess is they stay on the ground for :

1- a pre-determined amount of time
2- forever

...

The first AA movie at gamespot shows you running on the beach and the bobys stick around for at least a little while.

This is important for a level like Omaha ..

alot of troops will be coming on the beach !

Can you imagine how SLOW your game will get if all the dead bodies stay on the ground ?

I haven't found that bodies cause all that big of a problem for me, in OPF there were explosions, burned-out vehicles, and bodies everywhere (not counting the people and vehicles that were still alive) and it didn't cause any problems. Hopefully they will put an option in (like SOF) to select how long the bodies stay (short time, long time, forever, etc.).
