Right now I have:
450 Mhz AMD K6-2 128 megs of SDRAM VOODOO 3 3000 PCI 16 megs 12 gig HD (slow as hell) Please dont laugh at me http://www.pcgamers.net/ubb/frown.gif ------------------ http://3rdInfantry.homestead.com/fil.../Captblade.jpg |
Here's my computer
Intel Celeron 733 Mhz 128 Ram probably SDRAM 20gb hard drive-moderately quick Intel Graphics Controller-it can handle Quake 3 with only choppy frame rates I'd say about once every hour I play-which I think is good. Can anyone tell me how to figure out what kind of ram I got? |
Wiz how old are you and where are you from? Welcome to the boards.
|
Risep youve got sdram probably pc 66 or pc 100. Depending if its a celeron 2 or 3.

Riesep on my computer it tells you your ram upon boot up. Not sure if it is like that for every computer though. I'm lucky I just recently purchased a new computer. I got a P4 1.3 Ghz, 20GB hard drive, 256 Ram, and that sweet ass new Geforce 3.

|
i have readed in a magazine that the miniumspecs where: p2 300 mhz with 8 mb video card. i have a 350 mhz 8 mb video
does the game work??? |
EH, another one http://www.pcgamers.net/ubb/smile.gif hehehe.... Ok, no minimum specs have been released officially be 2015 or EA. If you can run Quake 3 with all options turned on with no problems then you shouldnt have any trouble running the game with nice looking graphics. Your computer may have trouble running it. Have you got Quake 3 ?? If not try the demo, if it runs ok, then you may have a chance, maybe its time to upgrade ??..........By the way, Welcome to the boards mate. http://www.pcgamers.net/ubb/smile.gif

Ya, Welcome to the boards....
|
YAY someone younger than me!!
My PC specs are the exact recommended specs for Max Payne! Can someone please explain to me what they mean by "recommended"? Do you all think that Max Payne is more graphically demanding than Allied Assault will be? I hope it is so that I will be able to run Allied Assault well. ------------------ Caparzo |
recommed means if you have this specs te game will do good whitout any problems...
but this topic is not about max payne but about the specs of mohaa |
can someone of 2015 take a look on the picture????
|
Wiz they cant take a look at the pic and say yeay it'll run. This is a modified version of the quake 3 engine meaning it'll probably be more of a resource hog than quake 3.
If i were you maybe at christmas try to upgrade to at least a thunderbird 1ghz with a new motherboard and 256mb of ram and a geforce 2 graphics card. Thunderbirds are dirt cheap as of now and you can pick u a socket a mainboard for cheap too. My specs at the minute are Thunderbird 1333mhz 256mb of ram pc100 Voodoo 5 5500 agp 6.8 gig hard drive (soon so be 41 gig) With this setup i hope to be able to run allied assault at max detail but ya never know. ------------------ http://homepage.ntlworld.com/gerald....%20copy_30.jpg ONCE MORE UNTO THE BEACH =) [This message has been edited by Gerard (edited July 26, 2001).] [This message has been edited by Gerard (edited July 26, 2001).] |
