U.S. Spots Activity at Iraq Weapons Plant
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. intelligence agencies spotted activity last week at an Iraqi plant identified as a biological weapons production facility, The Washington Times reported in Wednesday edition.
"A convey of about 60 trucks was photographed by a U.S. spy satellite at a known biological weapons facility last week," the paper quoted U.S. intelligence officials as saying, adding that the site was located about six miles northwest of Baghdad. "They're moving stuff in or out," an official familiar with the report told the paper. The official also noted that intelligence information about Iraq's weapons program was limited. A CIA spokesman did not immediately return a call seeking comment. The Washington Times report on the truck convoy near Taji followed a Washington Post report earlier this month that U.S. intelligence was looking for a suspected Iraqi biological weapons laboratory north of Baghdad. The Post quoted U.S. government officials as saying the plant, with 85 employees, may be producing a weapon-sized version of the lethal Ebola virus. |
Oh no ! Not activity !...

It may be true, or it could just be propaganda. What, you say propaganda?!?! Our government would never use propaganda on us! Well they do. |
How do they know it's a biological weapons plant?
|
I say Nuke it first and in 10,000 years send an investigation team.

Yeah theres so much propaganda its not even funny.
Lets brerak down what we know. 60 Trucks were driving from a build to another place. OMFG they must be transporting biological waepons. Its rediculious what they come uo with. half the time their wrong about what they report. Media is retarded. Their supposed to know the facts before they report on things, not make stuff up. Just my 2 cents. |

It could be a food processing plant, but that doesn't fit our government's agenda at this time. On the hand it could be a weapons plant. I personally think that we are being fed this kind of information, so Cheney/Bush can justify invading Iraq. Altering the truth so a government can jusity it's aggression is nothing new. |
Most government officials say it isn't practical to invade Iraq this year anyway. And they actually let Sadaam know this, that was so stupid. This war, if there is one, will most likely render many casualties and cost billions of dollars.

Sadly, at the end of the day, in that part of the world, it is. Although oil isn't the end product, it certainly is the fuel of greedy westerners, like you and me, to stuff our faces with fat. |
Pcf.green are you going to be on place with the navy when the war breaks out?
GO USA DOWN WITH IRAQ |
Maybe, I'm enlisting next month so who knows, and FWB you dont think people from the mid-east are greedy, they are the ones charging an arm and a leg for the oil.

Another well thought out, highly intellectual reply from Green. Your parents must be very proud. I've been in the armed forces, mate. :) |

THEN SHUT THE FUCK UP, [/quote:ec468] lol. And they just keep coming. Wow, English language classes really paid off I see. [quote:ec468]you then of all people should respect a person joining the military.[/quote:ec468] Actually, I, of all people, could give you a good reason for not joining. But that's besides the point. My comment didn't attack the military, it expressed concern that you'd be in it. There's a difference. :) |
Your one mean bastard, what the hell is your problem you could'nt give me a good reason for not joinging if tried.
Your one mean bastard, what the hell is your problem you could'nt give me a good reason for not joinging if tried.[/quote:55b07]
1 Religous reasons, it against some people beliefs to joined the armed services. |
Your one mean bastard,[/quote:d7bcf]
I am? Who me? Innocent me? You line them up, I'll knock them down. :) [quote:d7bcf] what the hell is your problem you could'nt give me a good reason for not joinging if tried.[/quote:d7bcf] Arhh... a challenge. Nah, can't be bothered. What I will say is you'd be contributing more to your country if you became a social worker. |
   social worker   , and low I meant reasons that would stop ME from joining
|
   social worker   ,[/quote:6acd1]
Not a fan of the hard workers who are trying to make peoples' lives better, while struggling against a lack of understanding from above? [quote:6acd1]and low I meant reasons that would stop ME from joining [/quote:6acd1] For starters, I won't trust you to have your finger on the big red button. Then there's the moral issue of killing without question. |
Why do you think I would kill without question?
|
I'm sorry Green I thought you wanted one reason why anyone might not join the armed services.
As far as you go, you have made up your mind, and from the things if seen you post, other peoples opinions don't really make that much difference. As far as I go, My father steered me away from serving. He figured he fought in WWII, he saw first hand friends die, innocents killed, cities destroyed. He did not think I should have to see this also. You have to remeber had I joined it would have been toward the end of the Veit Nam war. My father was against that war from the start. So he was worried that I would be sent into some kind of hell like that. Don't misunderstand me my father is proud to have fought in WWII, but he has always told me that the are better ways than war. So join the Navy, it will be good for you. Some people are cut out for that, I hope you are, because once your in your opinion means nothing. |
I know my opinions mean nothing when I'm in and i accept that.
|
Why do you think I would kill without question?[/quote:fadfb]
You'll appreciate that more when you get involved. That comment wasn't aimed at you specifically. In the end you obey orders, you don't question them. The politics, morals, all the issues that are at stake are decided for you elsewhere, bu people who really don't know or care what is really going on. |
Amen FWB.
