Hitman 2 Silent Assassin Demo is out.
 

Dont know if you guys have heard yet, but as the title says the demo is out.
This is the link right [url=http://www.fileshack.com/file.x?fid=858:5102c]HERE[/url:5102c] (although downloads from this specific server does require free subscription). It's a pretty cool game so far, hoping the full game is even better. It's only a small download aswell, less than 50Mb.

hitman is great

Yeah, I had the beta several months ago but it had tons of bugs in it. It was barely playable. I loved the first one, couldn't get enough of it.

Yeah I got it off 3dGamers. I set it to download before I went to school, gonna play it in a bit.

everytime i start up the game before i even get to a menu i get an eax.dll error and it closes, ive rebooted and whatnot, reinstalled, any idea what in the hells wrong?

Hmmmmm, what kind of soundcard do you have ?? If it's an older one I'd say that could be your problem. If you have a SB Live! or anything like that you really shouldnt be having a problem with it at all. See what soundcard you have and get put it up here. Have you updated your soundcard drivers ?? That may help aswell.

i have a creative soundblaster audioPCI sound card, it can play every other game, i guess ill try new drivers

I have a large peepee....It seems to be uncompatible with Hitman 2.......!

i got chance to play hitman 2 after 3 hour downlaod lol it's good game graphix are awsome. there's one problem though the demo seems to have a display bug when u use hardware texture and lighting, all these other junk crap show up on screen. and if i turn off hardware t&l then the game slows down a lot. hopefully they'll fix it in final version.

It does that to me too. In T&L, the lighting is AMAZING but it seems like a Spruce tree gets multiplied 10 times and splits and covers the level. I turn off T&L, and I get a huge framerate boost. Hmm...odd, I have DXT (or whatever) and 4X antialiasing enabled and I'm not lagging......... oOo: This is really fun, but I have no idea how to do the mision right. I usually just sneak over to the guy takin a wiz, cap him, then go through the door to the garage, take the Sniper Rifle, go back out the back and get in and get ammo then the fun begins. cool: fire2:

Well, actually, I just beat it. I just went rambo, eventually found the Don, went to the basement, then left through the car.

after i kiled all the guard knocked out all the servents i went to basement the guy was gone and i just ran out throught the front gate lol

the looking through key hole feature is good all i had to do was see if someone's in there and use my shotgun and shoot through the door

also the ragdoll dragging effect is the best

where did you get a shotgun?

i picked it up after killing this one guy that was standing near the porch of the front door. the big door near the garage and then later i weant inside the house and took some shotgun ammo. i keep finding sniper ammo but cant seem to find sniper rifle

yay! i just starngled a servent and blew this one guy into the swimming pool. then i took the servents knife and went after this one guard and cut him to death. i drowned this one maid after knocking her out with that one bottle thing anastetic or something and dragged her into the pool lol this game is so fun
