well i could have a very good guess at the peeps in EcM who use the cheats, it has to be EcM-Fugative AND EcM-Luda, i speak to a member on msn regularly and he says peeps are only allowed in EcM if they use the cheats that Luda and Fugative say they have to use, they also have a command they enter into the console which takes away all the bushes so they can see the people who hide in the bushes, they also use force models (bright skins) i count that as a clan that can't hack losing.
