About the STG.
 

There is something that the people who whine about the STG do not seem to understand. cry: If somebody is owning you with the STG chances are they could probably own you with any weapon. I will use Gary Coleman as an example.

I don't know how many times I have seen people complain when he wasted them with the STG. Every once in awhile I will see him with the rifle, and he still has one of the top scores.

Deal with it.

IF people complain about the stg i still keep on using it. I dont see what the big deal is if someone gets owned with a stg and there on allies why not use a bar and get even?

Oh yeah, I like the STG on realism, it is very effective, maybe too effective, but it is still a damn good weapon. I use the MP40 in stock and I get complaints like "stop using the MP40 you run too fast with it" WTF?? Some people need to either grow up, or jump off a bridge and fall 9000feet to their death in a sea of rabid alligators.

Players have actually said "stop using the MP40 you run too fast with it" to you?!?! HAW HAW HAW!!

I haven't heard that one before. That's absolutely pathetic.

Yeah, they said I was moving too fast and that I was too agile and they couldn't hit me. Idiots.

so has anyone said it about the Thompson? because thats smg and weighs roughly the same as an mp40.

No, it only happened when I was using an MP40 at the time. I'm sure it will come up though sooner or later. In fact, I do better with a Tommy so it will probably happen to me again.

People who only use sturmgehwer are idiots (either that or Nazi girlie men biggrin: ).

I like to play with every gun on both sides. (I prefer allies but will readily switch to axis if the teams are uneven.)
I also often practice with a mauser (you get the kind of skill that you do not get by using automatic weapons) but that is kindof hard to do because every ally is using a BAR (because every other axis but me is using STG)

I like the BaH server, because we do rifles only battles a lot to practice and stuff.

I've said it once and I'll say it again... A large part of the MoH community won't be happy until we're beating each other with Frying Pans. And even still you'll hear "Pan Camper". What a joke.. Its a good thing the game is so good... Alot of the mature people that picked it up and have whined about n00b kids are the ones that are bunging it up.

Today, I was playing, and I killed this guy with the rocket launcher. He complained. Later, I killed him with the pistol. He complained. I then killed him with the shotgun. Yep, he complained.

lol sw-14, just got off a server running omaha, they got 8 ppl sniping in one of the turrets, we (allies) have no snipers, I decide to get smart, bust out the pistol, i finally get to the snipers and I just start bashing, I got 4 of them, two others ran around like idiots, another (who just joined the server at the time) dropped a nade, well, I died, but FF was on, so the other 4 snipers also died, lol, so I got blamed, they complained about my pistol whipping, it was funny, and I would do it again evil:

Up close the STG has a definate advantage.... admit it.

Thats debatable. The smg lets you dance like bobby brown and run a little faster. It lets you play better "defense" than the stg does. The stg definately has more ass to it, but an smg is very deadly in the right hands. Close quarters, the smg has an advantage, IMO.
