Clubbing
 

Whats with people that think that clubbing is cheap and should not be done? I was in a sniper only server a few days ago and i got booted because i clubbed a guy. Is it a sin to absolutely humiliate someone to the point where they start to cry?

man me too...i just think its a shame that the victims dont feel the same way

I never use it , I think it humiliates people a little , which I was brung up not to do . If I come up behind someone , I just shoot them from a distance.

why waste ammo? i love clubbing, and i always get a good laugh when i get clubbed.

I think clubbing is AWESOME. If you can sneak up behind someone and pistol whip them more power to ya. I love to watch spectator mode when it happens. You see the first hit the the poor sucker starts scrambling around to get his pistol then the lights go out! Luv it biggrin:

I was in this server one time and the admin had a mod running so that you can clubb from the whole length of Destroyed Village! it was crazy. No one figured it out except me. So the admin and I were having a clubbing fest and had these outragous scores. It was pretty funny.

Have you considered the fact that you were on a sniper only server, therefor any other type of weapon/kill is prohibited? It's pretty plain to me that you were kicked because you were not sniping but clubbing.

I don't have a problem with clubbing, I enjoy it, loud blaring music, phat beats, flashing lights - gets the blood pumping.

clubbing is a way of life... Seriously!

well... Sort of, When it is practical you should do it. I mean, the CKR mod-- in my opion the best realismMOD out there-- you only have about 22 pistols rounds, and in a pistol war, or when you need a pistol, those rounds go fast, thus when you Can Club, CLUB biggrin:

Welcome to the forums.

You stand close to your opponent (arm's length obviously) while holding your pistol. Click the right mouse button. Instead of firing the gun it causes your guy to swing the gun down and "club" the other guy with it. It takes two or three whacks to kill.

Anyway come play with us on the aa.com server, I'm sure a bunch of these guys would like to demonstrate it for you (or on you biggrin: ). Beware of Strik0r and Garry Coleman - they would just as soon club you as look at you. oOo: biggrin:

i hardly play mohaa anymore as even screwing around is boring, but running at someone at point blank range them firing a SMG and you pistol whipping them face to face is so rewarding.

Man, I love clubbing! The loud, pumping music, hot chicks, endless supply of alcohol...

Rocket , what I'm saying is , when I get clubbed , I'm a bit upset with myself for not paying more attention to what's behind me and I assume others feel the same way if it happens to them and I don't want to make anyone feel bad because this is a game and it's supposed to be fun . If you shoot them instead from a short distance they probably won't know where the shots came from since the red only shows on the compass for a very short time. I donno , maybe I'm too nice. biggrin:

when I find myself comming up behind an unsuspecting victim, I like to pop them one and then finish them off with a good club to the head. Pretty quick, and then you dot't run the risk of getting into a scuffle if thay happen to have fast reflexes, lol. mwah:

What really pisses me off is when i go to club someone but they see me & turn around a shoot me inj the head with their sniper rifle...*sigh*

I club them once to get their attention then when they start turning around I put a .45 bullet in their brain biggrin:

haha, clubbing rocks, sneaking behind snipers on the doa server, shoot them once in the back then club then, 2 hit combo death

Clubbing is fun because it absolutely humiliates the person you do it to. I love doing it to snipers because they piss me off. chop: flamethrower: wink:

there's a lot of fun to be had running around in cricles firing at someone who is running around with you and you can't shoot for the laughter. Running around and getting pinged from out of sight is no fun at all. I say clubbing is great and if you can club a sniper it's the best.

The 1 club then the head shot is even better i'm gonna try that on a few snipers tonight. lol

PS best map for clubbing snipers is OMAHA there are usually a few dotted around the guns. :-)

Don't get me wrong guys , there's nothing wrong with clubbing , it's part of the game or it wouldn't be in there , and I really don't mind getting bashed. I think the reason I don't do it is because if I come up behind someone I'm afraid he's going to hear me and turn around and whack me, so I just shoot him as soon as I see him and I have a sure kill.

Good point Oldguy, that has happened to me several times. Either the guy turns around and shoots me or another player comes in behind me while I'm sneaking up on another guy (that's always good for a Dagnabit!)

i hate the little children who club youand say "i wonder you loser" thruout the rest of the game. Was on a server that was canadian..new maps..and this loser thought he was the sh$t because he clubbed me. MWUHAHAHA..what a fool. all in all..clubbin is just lame though. haha.

BTW , did my first bash today to "Akuma" ... I told him he should feel honored , he didn't answer me. You don't think he's upset do you????

It was okay but I doubt I'll be using it much. I just had to try it though. We were playing the "Arhem" map and I usually play allied and I get a little annoyed with the axis who stay on their side of the river and hide behind that brick wall and snipe the whole time. I yell at them to come over a play with the rest of us and if they don't then I try to sneak across and get behind them . Not easy to do thought , because you have to get by the axis spawn point without anyone seeing you. biggrin: biggrin: biggrin:
I really don't mind if they snipe from that point because it is a good place, but some of them stay there for the whole map run and have like 20 kills and 0 deaths at the end , I just like to add a few deaths to their score, kinda gives me an objective for the map. biggrin: biggrin: biggrin:
