Localazation errors, not logging deaths for use in AEStats!
I have tried everything i can think of but death messages is just not being logged.
Developer is "1" logfile is "3" I was told it was the localization.txt that had to be ectracted and given an *s.txt on the end and tried that then the following errors went away but stil no death logs. LOCALIZATION ERROR: 'was sniped by' does not have a localization entry LOCALIZATION ERROR: 'in the pelvis' does not have a localization entry LOCALIZATION ERROR: 'You killed' does not have a localization entry That is a what i get most of the time. I tried laucnhing with developer 0 logfile 0 and setting it to 1/3 after server start, but still no go... Nothing seems to work, the REALLY WEIRD thing is that initially when i tried aestats they were logged fine but then suddenly went away. Back when they worked i even had a localization script that changed some words. I really hope someone can help. I have tried everything i could think of and stared at this board for hours without finding anything. TIA MayDay |

I get the same problem with localization error. But I don't have your death message problem.
When I get my localization error, almost everything has "LOCALIZATION ERROR" in front of it. Try deleting "developer" in your MOHAA shortcut (right click it) >Properties>Target Or try putting what you have in your target field in all of the shortcuts to MOHAA (in the start menu and in "my computer"). I doubt my solutions but like I said, give it a try. |

I allready tried that Havoc.
Setting developer & logfile in config or in shortcut or setting them o in shortcut and 0 in config aso. Still not working. |

I was just about to post in MOH Console but noticed that its NOT for posting about console commands but for PS2 XBOX Console crappyness.
Also noticed alot of moved messages inthere. maybe you should rename the forum. |
in your startup.cfg file or server.cfg or whatever your cfg file is called
add set developer 1 set logfile 3 then you will get all the game messages and they will get output to qconsole.log in the mohaa\main folder |
