ban&autkick

First off let me say,I host my own game on my home computer and have two questions. Is there a way to create a ban list and incorperate it into my ingame server so it will reconize a previously kicked player and 1 that I don't want back in my game and secondly is there a way to set up my cfg. file to reconize a preset highping # and automatically kick that player with the high ping #? I would like to accomplish this without using CK's autokick. I've tryed CK's autokick before and couldn't get it to work. I asked about CK's autokick on this forum before and was told it only worked on a dedicated server setup. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

i do believe there is a way of doing that mate, you will have to ask somebody here on aa.com who actually has a server, i am not experienced in this particular subject.

Yes to both of your questions. one involves modifying your host file the other your server.cfg file

1st the easy one
use the following command
[code:32927]seta sv_maxping "300"[/code:32927]
Just set the ping to what you want your maximum ping to be.

The other question can not be done within MOH itself. You have to edit your computers host file to reject an individual's IP address b4 it even gets to your computer.

Follow this guide found in our guide section:

That should do it. If you still have questions just post them
Good luck

To further add to that: AutoKick does not have to run on the server. Just run AutoKick from wherever and enter the IP of the server in AK. I use AK from my home computer for the dedicated server I rent.

Also, make sure you go through the instructions line for line before setting it up. Just to make sure you understand what you're doing before you do it.
