speaking of RAM
 

I have 768 MB of RAM. When i go to my video card settings it only lets me use 16 MB of system memory for textures in PCI mode. Why the hell is this? i have a geforce 3 ti 200 that came with 64 MB of RAM built in, i can only use 1/4 of it and not any of the extra RAM i have. Is it a glitch or what?
Whats everyone elses max of MB used for your video card in opengl?

Sounds like it's still using the onboard graphics settings? Did you disable the onboard graphics from your Bios when you installed the card?
