Welcome to the forum. and check out the squad section. You may get a better response there. Also I believe I have seen one or two girls/women/dudetts post there. If not this is your chance to start one.

we even have an "older then dirt" squad made up of the more mature members over a certain age.

There is a clan called the "French School Girls". I dont know if its exculisvly women or not.
