i just wanted to know how do i read the dds files i have paintshop pro and adobephotoshop and more programs allso but im having a hard time with this file

i have never opened one.
if you want to check a skin i would say just open the TGA as the DDS will just be an exact copy saved to DDS format. |

YAH thats what i do but just wanted to know if theres a way to open them but thanks for your help
