Damnit, tuesday before my cdrw arrives :(
 

Rang those twats ocuk this morning and was helpfully informed they were waiting to get a restock of the cdrw drive i ordered and it would be in stock on monday. Oddly enough at the time of ordering it said on their website that they were in stock. Last time i rang the excuse was that they were waiting on delivery of stock of the memory. mwah:

Typical, i pay for next day delivery on monday past and i get it 8 days later. cry:

...damn!....it's almost as if they have failed to honour their so called "next day delivery" policy...... eek:

I would be asking for that maney back. It was by no means next day delivery. If they try and tell you that it was because they were out of stock and it was "next day'ed" to you upon its arrival. Tell them to put it where the sun dont shine.

"The site said in stock on all items and you purchased them on the thought that they would arrive by tuesday... A WEEK AGO! It is by no means next day shipping. I could have placed my order with anyother supplier and not requested next day shipping and received my items by now!"

This is why i go to stores. They may not have the item but some are willing to order it. Then you have someone to pysically bitch at, instead of just over the phone or e-mail.

i agree with miscguy, that is exatcly what i would do.

Well i have had the thing ordered and i can't be bothered of going to the hassle of cancelling the order and making sure the fuckers refund the money. Have to wait till tuesday but theyre not getting any more of my custom. hake:

Im not saying cancell the order, im saying. Bitch so much about the over night shipping that they refund the added cost you paid to have it shipped overnight.
