Actually i saw two strings attached. first it asks for a company name, so i assume if you leave it blank or make up a company, you wont get it sent. ie itll be for offices etc.

second, you need a zipcode, dont know what countries other than USA use zipcodes but i know im not in one of them.

Well In canada we have postal codes which are 6 letters and numbers long. usually when i order something from the US they ask for a zip but if you put postal code its fine. Its the same thing, just called different things.
