Newbie modder here!
 

I have just gotten interested in this sort of thing. I love mohaa so much but I am getting tired of playing the same old maps. I want do design my own. What will i need to do this in the way of programs? Will any programming experience be helpful? How do I go about learning how to do all of this? Any help is appreciated.
