Skins don't have sounds. Thats why their called skins.

No, he means skin. The pk3 file for the skin also changes the sound.

I download them all individually and prefer Leon's skins. The Ceremonial Garand, Para 9mm Thompson...he has skins for everything. A new Leon handgun skin was submitted to this site today.
