no, im not spamming, but i just as soon as im done answering something, say some post, and i go to another foum were some1 just answerd or replied to 1 of my topics, i wanna reply back but i just say something short like "thanx dude" so when i hit submit its not yet been 30 sec yet. then i gotta just sit there and wait to hit submit.

Use the damn EDIT button to avoid your *problem* (spamming). Just edit your damn post, and stop posting another one 5 seconds after it. That flood control is there to stop you from doing that.

I'm sorry, but that is something that will be staying. If you wish to say thanks or something to someone who answered your thread, just edit your post or wait until you can. As for smilies, theres plenty here, theres no need for more, their only there to convey emotion, nothing more. AND if you have something else to add after you've already posted, I do really wish you could use the EDIT button for once.
