Delator - Some Help
 

Are there specific variables that can be used in announcements/logging? The help file states that the log does an IP stamp, but it doesn't. I noticed that it actually logs what's broadcast through console - any way around this? More info would be nice...

Need more info. What's your OS? What specifically happens? That is, tell us step by step what you do and the response you get.

I'm ruuning win2k. pro. with service pack 3.

when i click on setup, I get thi message:

Setup cannot continue because some system files are out of date on ur system.click Ok if u would like setup to update these files for you.you will need to restart windows b4 u can run setup again!.

I say ok!. and machine reststarts. i come back! cilck on setup again!

Hi Spinner, this may help,

try opening the .cab file (I think winzip does that) and then extract the following files:

Delator.exe
messages.txt
reserved.txt
skins.txt
delator.ini
help.mht

Put them in a folder and run delator.exe - If the system files have been already updated, it should run fine. I'm sorry I can't give you all more support right now, but I'm terribly busy at the moment. I expect to have big news in a pair of weeks or so, however feel free to contact my email address (on the readme.txt).

I found a bug on the very last moment and I had to rewrote almost the whole detection engine just before releasing it. I tried to clear the previous $IP references before distributing, but some remained there. The IP feature will be present on the next version though (that's a minor improvement), but it will take me a bit longer than expected to develop it, since currently I'm having a lot of non-Mohaa-related :-P work.
