Using the Clipper Tool on Bevels?

Is it posible to use the clipper tool on 2 squared Bevels that form and right angle? Im trying to get 2 square bevels that make a "L" shaped corner clipped so that they form and nice smooth joint...

- Is there anyway to shape and/or clip bevels?
