hmm, how stupid do i feel... (scoping)
 

hmm now is time for humility. seeing as when i learnt to mod i jumped in at the deep end screwing around with emmiters and special effects and what happens when you tag fireemmiter to thompson barrel oooooooh flamethrower.......

anyway, i never bothered learning the first thing everyone else seemed to, skinning scopes. how the bloody hell do you change the alpha channels so that it matches the scope skin?

cheers hobbs, as for the allieadassault tute, its lame, not explanatory enough, doesn't say how to edit the alpha channel.

i sent mine to AA as well..it'll be up when he gets around to it i guess.
I know what u mean.. i tried to use the AA tutorial the 1st time i tried to make a scope and i think i got more confused... Hope my tutorial helped... Good luck!
