http://www.xgameservers.com THEY KICK ASS, WORD. Our clan Men of Brutality uses them and they rock, and now they got a lot more locations around the USA so check em out!

I also use xgameservers, out of chicago.works great and they have geat tech support through ICQ and answer all questions quickly in their forums.

http://www.ilangame.com is the cheapest, but i hear sometimes their tech support is slow..

Some type of realism ( if you like that type of game play )
dog tag map fixes
autokick to monitor your server
ton of custom maps
And one of the most important thing of all
LABEL YOUR SERVER SO EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU JOIN.
