How to spice up the game
 

If you're finding MOHAA a bit boring of late then maybe you're not playing it to it's capacity.
Here's some tips on what to do:


1) play FFA at least 30 mins before going to objective.

2) try roundbased games

3) play OMAHA (clanbase players often leave this out) :)

4) use a different weapon. (Axis rifle perhaps)

5) d/load custom maps.

6) join a friendly clan for internal clan competitions

7) Buy the expansion pack.

Take your cd out of your hard drive put it back in the case and sell it to some kid down the street for $20 oh wait i did that n/m

One way I changed up my MOH experience was to change my mindset in the game. Instead of running about by myself, getting into all kinds of mayhem, I started teaming with allies and watching their backs.

It's sometimes surprising how much more effective two or more guys running around together can be.

Encourage team play and you'll get a lot more out of it.

Check out Teamspeak if you really want to work together. Real-time voice comm can't be beat.

Yeah that's true. K1 has been known to go late night clan server raiding using pseudo names and RW. angel:

Watching out for each other whilst the rest run about like chickens is the fastest way to get to the top of the frag list. That's why i said join a friendly clan. But you could do it without as well.

I ususally spec for a few minutes first see who the good players are and tag along. Good players generally appreciate this as well.

about the clan thing
i still have a pretty good time playin without a clan. i know what u mean, but some times clans are to uptite about things and they take the fun away from the game. i was playin in a server and the GoA of a clan was telling the pvts and stuff what to do. u got to learn that its just a game, no offence to all the clans cause i know some of u's are cool.

Hehe i can recommend K1 if you're from Europe (otherwise it's a time difference prob.) the only thing we ask is that you can give your time to practice nights and war games and can talk. Oh and can tell a good joke! oOo:

just a thouhgt, and i know this is off subject, but u might wanna find a place to hist your sig that is not password protected. Every time i click on a thread where you have posted, i get a pop up wanting username and password to the site your sig is at. That, and i cant see it cause its pw protected.

I agree that your mindset needs to be adjusted to enjoy this game. I don't like running around like an idiot usually. I like to hook up with a couple of good players and use teamwork to accomplish our ends. Last night I was on the fiber pipe's server and hooked up with a couple of tfp guys. We had a blast and did really well on old maps like V2 and the Bridge. I just don't like bf1942 at all...
