does anyone know any good servers on gamespy. most of the ones that i play on now are gay. they either are full of horrible players or the clan that owns them tries to make up stupid rules that nobody follows so does anyone know a good server?

i find alot more servers using the internal browser, but maybe you know that, but i have had some success finding good servers.

You can always try the aa.com dedicated game server.

Check out the sticky on top for server info. Good clean fun with some top notched competition.

Just watch the handicap parking and wheel chair access for the OTD crew biggrin:

Since you haven't defined "stupid rules", I'll define our rules.

|BoS| has a server and we have some rules:

No TK's (FF is often enabled but ONLY when a |BoS| with Rcon is there)
No swearing (phonetic spellings ie: fuck vs. phuck are the SAME to us)
No insulting other players. (taunts dont count as insults)
No recruiting on OUR server. (we PAY for it....we let u play on it.... DON'T recruit on it....1st offence is a BAN)
No exploiting glitches (under map/land-shark)

You CAN use any weapon you wish. (all are enabled)
You CAN use bright skins if you wish (it will be advertised on screen however)

The odd occasion you will be asked to be one a particular team. ie: All non-|BoS| please play <whatever>. This is because we're in OPEN practice.

We don't kick on the 1st offense either. You will be warned twice. After that it's a kick. Repeat it again and it's a ban. (except for recruiting on our server...no exceptions)

As far as horrible playerz go,...the odd n00b comes in....mostly it's a lot of regulars who aren't super-stars nor incompetent.

If these rules are "stupid rules" the you may as well not waste your time connecting. If this sounds like a good clean server to you you're more than welcome to come on in.

Our rules DO get followed. We don't take crap from anyone, but you wont find power abusive admin's either. 2 warnings should be adequate no?
