is there a way to make it so people will download a map when the connect to your server along with like avatars and grenade tga's. cause i want to make it so that my clan can have like our own map with avatars and have all the grenades say like bob or something.

Nope, map downloads from the server don't work.
I would think it's best if it doesn't anyway.
I think it would slow the game down, from the extra bandwidth used to send the maps to the clients.
