was someone cheating? please .. some dumpuser help
 

we did a dumpuser on someone who was racking up kills and this came back among the normal "clean" things (like qport, ip, and their skin choices):


r_lockpvs 0
r_showsmp 0
r_lightmap 0
r_farplane_nofog 0
cg_forcemodel 0
r_light_nolight 1
r_novis 0

dumpuser on other people never seem to have that much info. why?

this is very urgent. if someone can get back to me about it i would really appreciate it.

are they just video card tweaks or are they more sinister?

It is a no fog cheat. I don't know why dumpuser came up with that, but I'm going to test it now, if you still have his IP, I'd ban him, you don't get a fog cheat from a normal site, so there is a good chance he has other hacks.

I'm guessing he was using the honesty.cfg.
In it they use setu the changes will show in dumpuser.
It's so people in clan matches can make sure no on is cheating.

This guy made the mistake of turning the cheat back on while he still had it set so the admin could check it in dumpuser.

God. I'm starting hate this game. It's CS on the way...

All the good game will eventually turn to it....

then again.. this game is turning into a nazi game. no force models, no leaning... soon we will have to be following the same key map, and have webcams of our computer screens so the admin can check for cheating

apart from the single setting set to "1" this looks like the honesty.cfg
it sets all of those cheats to off and sets them so they turn up in dumpuser.
saying this guy needs banning is not good advice.

Everything is left up to the admin on how he wants to run the game.
I don't think most would use the no forced skins or no leaning mods.

Is it just me, or does it seem like the only multiplayer games which attract cheaters are the 1st person shooters?
