is it possible to Fix spawnponts in some custom maps!?

like Small City(SUPER MAAP) but a huuge spawn point glitcvh when playing TDM! every allies starts next t the church! so 1 sniper can shoot all of them, 1 byt 1. Spawn killing!

and the map moh.dust.
great CS map! but HUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE spawn point glitch.
is it anyway you can fix it?? with scripts or anything?
