What can I do to stop the ladder trick from being used whenever I"m hosting a game?

ive never seen it done and everyone i ask to show me doesnt know how to do it. not that im a cheater or anything im just wondering what it is

It's a trick involving a ladder, a player, and a loser of a player. They use this trick to force their bodies 1/2 way out of the ground, so they can get under the map pretty easy.

hey this is feckin funny:) a new player on a server i was on did that!!!!!!but the stupid P$%^k only went and says to me and everybody else come see what i can do!!!! i can get under the map, so i said ok lets see yah do it evil: so he did and lasted the whole 2 secs under the map (he got a good kickin eatthis:

If they are doing the landshark crap, all you can do is kick them. Then try to keep them out.

If they are using the ladder to switch teams (such as Axis to Allies on the Hunt) so they are close to the objective, then you can make the time to join a team very short (5 sec). When they switch they will be dead, and have to wait through the entire round. evil:

Added: It also puts a stop to the lame team switching grenadiers.
