Need help from SH Admins

There's a nasty little bug out there that is freezing servers. If any of you host a server that experiences this bug, please let me know if you have a server log that was being recorded when the freeze occurred, I'd like to take a look at it.

Also, if you have any clues / ideas as to what caused it, please let me know that too. Especially if there was some joker saying he caused it, etc...I'm kind of paranoid after the whole sub spawn thing. I'd like to sniff this one out ASAP.

Please contact me at CrowKing@comcast.net.

Follow up question: have any of you that are admins had this problem with the game when you've started the server from ingame, or just when using the dedicaged server executable?

Well, I for one have experienced this...

I was playing on a server just normally when all of a sudden it played as if it was lagging severly but there was no disconnect symbol at the bottom of the screen and then the game turned into the bug without notice...

And if you plan to make a new realism..could you disable the ability to vote it on/off.. I really hate that people can vote on such a drastic change.

Any strange vote pass before it did that?

I had this lockup on my server several times.

AOD Stomping Grounds
P3 1.1
512mb ram
Windows XP
16 players

Both maps I had lockups. Last time it locked I disabled voting, now I havent had it happen since Sunday afternoon.

Thanks folks. EA knows what is causing this and you should be seeing a patch by the time you read this.

Yeah someone had raised a vote, forgot which though
