No scoped Kar98K in spearhead?
 

I haven't gotten the game yet, but I've heard that they have replaced the Mauser KAR98 with the Gewehr 43 semi-automatic sniper system? Is this true?

they did, a lot of people say "this ownz" etc but i loved the feel of bolt action cry:

there's still the mauser rifle with no scope...right?

I've done some research on the G43, it was basically a response to the Russian semi-automatic rifle, the SVT-40(which is in the game). Well, we'll see.

Looks like a good rifle. Can't wait to use it, though I will miss the recycling action of the KAR98.

Yah, that was cool. But at least they upped the ammo count to 10, instead of 5. They needed something to match the Russian rifle.

yeah i think the n00 sniper kicks major butt evil: and the thing is sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss00000000000000000 0000000000000000000 much faster to reload 10 buletts instead of reloading 5 plus the scope is better (in my opinion) and i think you can fire a bit faster biggrin:
