Alliedassault - Art Attack's Intelligent Conversation

This all started with Art bitchin that his webcam wouldn't work, and was freezing on him. So, I told him to uninstall the drivers, and reboot. This is where IM's come in.

Since when do PC's NOT manually reboot? Do they have a mind of their own, and know when you're done working, without having to press the power or shutdown button???
