Thanks Response (Box James S.) 11/14/2002 05:23 PM This error message is occuring because there are applications in the background that are conflicting with the Spearhead Install Program. To resolve this issue, use the following steps: Please perform these steps directly after rebooting you system to avoid conflicts. Windows 98, ME, 2K users: 1. Hold down ALT, CTRL, then tap the DELETE key. This will bring up the Windows Task Manager. 2. From the list of applications/processes, highlight the Rundll32 3. When highlighted, choose the End Task button Windows XP users: 1. Hold down ALT, CTRL, then tap the DELETE key. This will bring up the Windows Task Manager. 2. Choose the Processes Tab. 3. From the list of applications/processes, highlight the Rundll32 3. When highlighted, choose the End Task button Once the Run32dll has been successfully removed, you should be able to install the game successfully. Once successfully installed, you will not need to end the Rundll32 process each time to play the game.
