I think it'd be nice if we could have a status-ranking thing to go with the icons, instead of Admin, 2015, Member and Jr. Member. Let me see what I can do.

2015 = Consultant - 2015 Inc.
>=2000 posts = General of the Army

>=300 = Second Lieutenant
>=200 = Sergeant Major
>=100 = Sergeant First Class

No, the Icon hack along with the icons were made by someone else, he owns a chainmail board I think.
