Look at the size of saddams belly. He looks pregnant. Perhaps this is a new twist in the storyline where saddam gives birth to george bush jnr' son, managed because saddam needed a kidney transplant but the iraqi doctor put in a womb by mistake.
Then saddam freezes himself, and so does geroge bush jnr, then after about 17 years they unfreeze, then geroge bush sr shows up and tells bush jnr and saddam they are brothers, and they all live happily ever after, except their son who turns evil and insane. George Insane Jnr.
