Timer on bombs
Is it just me, or do the bombs in multi-player mohaa explode about 10 seconds after setting them. This doesn't give anyone on the other side a chance to defuse them. On Tug-Of-War, makes it very frustrating.
Anyone know how to increase the time. Presume it's in a .scr somewhere in the pak0.pk3. |
In the script for a particular effect is a line:
wait (x) where x is the time in seconds before the desired result will deploy. Find your target, and change the wait time. I have not tried to modify original scripts, as I don't want to screw anything up. But the wait time is important for new map effects. I am not a great scripter, but if you go to http://www.dafront.com/~nemesis and go to the scripting forum there, Vonderbakluft will surely be of better assistance. |
