hey i want to start a forum for my website and i was wondering if you have to buy the program php? i want php because the ones that you can make in about 5 minutes arnt that great, and there are to much ads. Oh ya and also is there like a tutorial on how to make a php forum?

PHP comes standard on MOST, not all but most, web space providers. Others are FP2002 (Front Page) extentions, .ASP,.CGI, and .SQL scripts & databases. These should all be standard for anyone who wants to host a PHP-database-based webpage.
