it's the same as in allied assault.

Put this into an autoexec.cfg (no quotes)

Just like in Allied Assault.. All you need is to add +set cl_playintro 0 to the command line.

ah shit im still running my no into mod.
must switch it off and checkout the spearhead ones.
thought EA must have just gone cheap on em.

There is no intro movie to Spearhead. So you're not missing anything.
