A: No. The Nazis wore a lot of cloths, so you wouldn't see blood gushing out. It would be too unrealistic.

Think about it, there wearing all there cloths and they get shot in the chest, there wont be blood blown everywhere.

If it was the head and stuff well yeah, there needs to be bloody there...

But it's true, the heavy padding of there cloths would restrict the bloody from splattering all over the place.
