Since this question was obviously beyond the scope of your intelligence, you both should have refrained from answering. oOo:

You can use your own skins and force models (means everyone will wear them) tho a lot of servers disable this as you can force a yellow skin on other players.

So to bypass this you need to have the skin on the server and other players to have it and wear it.
If ina clan choose some skins and share them.
