Idea for Possible Solution for Non-Sniper Rifle Butt Bash

They should change the secondary attack button to bash.

Then they should bind a key, such as F or CAPS LOCK, to Sniper Scope Look.

The snipers would like the added ability to bash their opponents if they got too close. DUH !!!!

if a sniper can't use something as simple as a pistol to defend themselves then i don't think a bash will make much difference do you?

There's nothing wrong with pistol whipping someone to death. Here comes the but.

BUT, it takes time to switch from a rifle to the pistol. Whereas having the ability to bash immediately is much better.

you mean like half a second? if you don't realize you're in danger until half a second is too little time then you're not a very good sniper

Hey takin the time to switch to a new weapon is all the difference a guy needs to kill u. It would be a huge difference especially at those times when someone sneaks up behind u. As i am inclined to do with my shottie and blow yer head off.

Dont be a smart ass. How many times have u been killed while u were reloading? That takes up about half a second too. Or those time when u were trying to switch from grenade to gun. eatthis:

it would be cool if the sniperrifle could bash, but then it would be neat if once you bashed with it, your scope was slightly off target, and u would have to adjust it ;) but thats going a little far

not too many times, stealth is my specialty so it's not very hard to figure out when some STG pimp is around.
